History Report

Maxway Inc was founded in 1967 by Merrill Maxfield. Maxway started with humble beginnings with Merrill being awarded his first postal contract running mail from Salt Lake City, Utah to Butte, Montana. From those humble beginnings Maxway Inc has grown to service over 21 HCR's for the United State Postal Service in 5 Western States.

Easy job for how much I'm paid. As long as I do my job I'm not bothered by supervisors ie managment. It's great! My only issue is the night driving, only because I am a morning/day person who would prefer to sleep at night. But I've adjusted just fine. Overall, great experience!

I work for the company and have for awhile now. In my time working here I have had all good interactions involving corporate and the management staff. The trucks the company have are all new and maintained well. The company has treated me good and have helped me when I needed it. All in all of all the companies I have worked for this one has been great and hope to work here for quit awhile.

I have been with the company for over six months and have had nothing but good experiences with them. The front office is always able to help and management is always easy to reach. Like any job if you go in with a negative mindset negative outcomes will happen that’s the only way I could think of people having bad experiences with them.

Had strange experience with Maxway. Applied for job on Craigslist. Us Postal Carrier . Met with Rick England. Rick said to fill out resume and go to Prescott jail and take pics and fingerprints for badge when entering mail facilities. After taking pics and filling out p/w got suspicious. Called headquarters in Ut. Talked to fleet manager about… Rick ,job ect. He said Rick was their super in the area. But had no knowledge of a job opening and would never hire on Craigslist for Postal carrier job. Called a FBI agent at the bureau said I should fill out an Ic3 form for identity theft. The FTC

I just got the shizz scared out of me by one of your driver's. Heading north on I-15 in the Layton area. The speed limit goes down to 60. He comes up on me so fast I thought he was going to rear end me, instead he crosses the double line into the carpool lane and flies by me! Yikes.

This is a horrible company to work for! After 8 years of service and never a day missed for any reason and you just let Charlie Ruin our lives…. When he has know about taking hours for three months…this is no way to treat employees or any type of human being. Oh and of course there is no one above Charlie that is available to assist in this situation. This is not how a business is ran. I am sure that there will be some type of law suit here if there is no resolution.
