I've been going to Focus off and on for a number of ailments since they opened.
Dr. Kevin and his staff are simply outstanding! They give each patient caring and individual attention, and a sense of relief and humor prevail.
To do this, they are well staffed to provide the individualized care.
The facility is well stocked with an ample amount and variety of equipment to address many needs.
In my experience, having visited several other facilities, FOCUS is the gold standard for physical therapy care in the Southern Tier!

I went to Focus after seeing a neurologist and they said surgery for my back was out of the question. The doctor suggested therapy. When I went to Focus, I was tilted to one side and I walked with a limp. After 5 months in their very capable care, I no longer am tilted or walk with a limp. The staff is friendly courteous and kind in their treatment. I really look forward to going to therapy. The atmosphere is friendly and happy, they all make you feel like "family". :)
