The price was better than others which was important to us, and Kate did a good job with helping us design our new island. My one complaint is that It wasn't clear to me that I was to manage the project myself. I've never done anything like this before and would have been better off spending the money to go with an all inclusive company. If you are comfortable with managing the project, then you can save quite a bit going here but if you need more help, it might be better to spend the extra money. In the end, my new island is beautiful.

I could not have asked for a better experience or higher quality cabinets. Ashley, the designer of my kitchen, did a fantastic job creating my dream kitchen without ever stepping foot in my house. I told her my wants and needs, showed her the layout of my kitchen, and she created a beautiful design. The process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend using them for your kitchen renovation!

My husband and I cannot express how much we enjoyed working with our designer, Kate. She was so helpful and had wonderful suggestions. She even went as far as to drive to Chicago to pick up a missing cabinet that we needed to finish the installation. She came to our home at 8:30 in the evening to make sure we received it on time, who does that!!! From the new cabinets to the countertops that were installed by the greatest installers ever, we love everything.
Our kitchen is not totally finished yet, but we are very close.

There was a miscommunication on their part about the removal of the old island countertop. At first, I was a little unhappy but they came thru and took care of the situation. I was content with the final outcome so I would recommend them because they take pride in their business. Overall I was satisfied.

I’ve worked with Kate Grenz on many projects over the years. Always LOVE the final product! My bathroom remodel during the pandemic was one of the best projects yet! I had a very quick delivery of cabinet and quartz vanity top. She suggested taking the tile to the ceiling in the bathroom and I am so happy I did! Love it all!

Just went into Granite Plus for a scheduled consultation. I was really looking forward to the meeting because I'm on a time crunch to get a new kitchen.
When we walked in, I was surprised to see that not one person was wearing a mask (3 employees & 2 customers) and it did not appear that social distancing was being enforced. They have signs everywhere that say "if you're not wearing a mask we will assume you have a medical condition" but when I said I prefer to be in a business that's following the mask mandate the 2 employees stated they could put masks on if we

I had a great experience with Granite Plus! This was my first kitchen remodel but with Kate’s guidance, the process was flawless. I was updating a small galley style kitchen but Kate was able to design 3 options to maximize the space for storage, efficiency and looks. As the process moved forward, I contacted her to make tweaks to the design and she was always quick responsive. I also decided to order bathroom cabinets and counter tops (with sinks) as my bathrooms required unique sizes. She was able to quickly add these to the order and the cost and quality of the products were much better than

I had an appointment with Katie that I waited a week and a half for, and she no-showed me. My time is valuable and I made the effort to drive 20 minutes on my day off to see her. I got there and was told that she had a "family emergency ", which was totally fine, but when I asked why I didn't get a call or a text to let me know, I was then told that she had my appointment for a "different day". I had a text and email confirmation with the correct date so I knew that wasn't the case. If you no-show your client in the first appointment then pick ONE excuse and stick

The commercials do not accurately depict the experience I had. Severely disappointed in the pricing and quality. I found that original pricing was misleading and not transparent. When I asked for clarification I was past the contract signing phase because I trusted the original quote. My mistake. When we stumbled on Granite Plus we found our perfect slab and had a good vibe from our initial impression with the two owners (Lanette and Lazarus) that we worked with. They assured us that good customer service was paramount along with the fact we would get the very best price.
