Joe is a great guy, he is always willing to work with us. He takes great pride in his company. He does all my work, work trucks, and my expensive classic car collection. I mean for starters the guy who called me to get my car, Joe just sounded very unprofessional and wasn't much help. The inside looked pretty good, the waxing done was decent, but my mats were awful and I just didn't like the boss's attitude. The customer is always right but he seemed like he just wanted to leave after I got my car. I would not recommend it at all, although the workers were very polite and explained the job better than the boss did.

This place does not commit to timeframe promises, is disorganized. They did not completely get the odor out of my car, did not completely clean the entire inside of my car, lost my car mats and replaced them with used ones that do not fit my car correctly the way the ones that came with my car did. When I expressed how inconvenient getting my car mats was getting to be after several days of back and forth, the owner was rude about the complaint and got agitated before he did something to fix the missing mats issue. To add insult to injury, they charged me more than what was agreed upon in first
