Stopped in for a quick dinner. Food quality was a 5 out of 5. Had the burger with Derby sage cheese, thick cut bacon & sweet potato fries with a glass of red. My partner had the French onion soup and a warm pear and butter lettuce salad with goat cheese. They gave us warm bread with soft butter - a nice touch!

I only gave a 4 because it was the first time there! But we will be back. Lovely place! Great outdoor atmosphere. Friendly people, I got a burger but this was no ordinary burger. I got the angus, it was big and cooked great! My wife had a BLT it was great too. Looking forward to going back and seeing if the food is consistent! Today a few months later: they were busier. I ordered the hamburger again but it came overdone. Still decent, but still a 4 star rating. We will come back.

This is about going over to Hospice to eat a purdy good meal in support of the nonprofit purposes of the place. There may be some food quality or service gaps but to harp on these is to miss the point as there are several people dying in a pain mitigated caring oversight just 50 meters or so from where we are chowing down. I have been in to the Hospice facility to visit patients. There is a nice interfaith chapel and the interior design is very nice. There is a beautiful set of stained glass windows by a well known artist that are worth viewing. The land that this is on was donated by Gene Taylor

This place is unique. I pulled up and was immediately confused because the restaurant is in a retirement community. I thought I had come to the wrong place. Once you walk down to the restaurant, you are greeted to a beautiful courtyard with patio furniture, lush grass, and a fountain. The customers were a mixture of residents and non-residents. Atmosphere is 5 stars, food 4 stars (good but not extremely good).

From what I saw online I expected a lively bistro and bakery. There was nice outdoor seating but stepping inside felt more like entering the cafeteria in a clinic/hospital than a homey bakery. The staff were pleasant and they took our order correctly but unfortunately that was where things went wrong. Across four orders, all the meat was overcooked and three components of two of the meals were missing altogether. The staff tried to take care of us and I appreciate their efforts but the food was average at best, the smoothies tasted like there wasn't a single real piece of real fruit in them, and

Other than not knowing why we were located where we were it was cooL.., let me add, if this helps supliment this hospice I fully support ...
