The best car service every time.
I cannot stress enough the relief of calling in and getting same day service. I know this might not be the case every time for every issue, but I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to get my car assessed and well fixed.
The best thing about this business is that they speak to you like an intelligent person even if they have to explain every little detail if you are like me (auto illiterate).

This is an awesome shop. The folks are friendly, efficient and customer oriented. They have a very clean shop, a great waiting area with coffee and snacks and most importantly they take the time to explain your repair options. This is the best example of personalized service from a family owned business. The price was fair and reasonable. What an impressive operation.

A little lengthy review but all is true. Here's the warm up.. Wife and i were headed up from St. Pete to camp in Georgia and South Carolina for our anniversary. Towing 5th wheel, blow out on the Tampa side on Howard Franklin Bridge. Had a spare and with the help of the Road Ranger (who was extremely helpful) got me back on the road fairly quickly. I wanted to get the blown tire fixed in case another tire blew on our trip. Called The General, the RV center, no tires that size. Called Lazy Days, and a Firestone, no luck. Now we are in Tampa and wife Google's tires and 'Big Tires comes up. Gave them

First off, you have Mike and Charlie. A father and son dynamic duo from back when young men had rock-band hair, and fathers probably wishes young men would get more haircuts. I first met Charlie in 2002 when he helped me keep my piece-o-crap 1983 Cadillac Eldorado running. I couldn't afford a new car, and Charlie did what it took to keep me running. Best of all, even then, they charged me next to nothing.

Another Great Experience @ this Honest & Caring Shop! These People Will Go the Extra Mile...they Did for Me, they Will for You!!! Had what I was told was an Alternator Problem & ended up Bad Batteries. I didn't have an Appointment, Mark said bring it down & they would Check it out. They found Bad Batteries & Even Assisted in Getting a N/C Adjustment. The People @ Big Tires & More Took Wonderful Care of Me & have Earned My Full Trust. They are Reasonable, Knowledgeable & Just a Great Family Run Independent Business.

This is an honest shop. I had knock sensors replaced on my Tahoe prior to driving out of state for work. My trouble code indicates they were still having an issue. I called Mark and he suggested I go to an affiliated shop on Minnesota where I was located. They found an issue with the wiring to the knock sensors there, and Big Tires payed for the repair without hesitation. I am very pleased and recommend them without reservation. They are quite busy so plan ahead if you need work done.

I was impressed with the honest car work/repair I had done at Big Tires. I dropped off my car and had quote for what I thought was wrong with it. After they dug into it there were some more issues which they called me about. They were extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed on what they were doing.
I have taken both of my cars here for a couple different issues and they fixed them quickly and the right way. A big thank you to Big Tires for jobs well done!

My girlfriend and I both have purchased our tires here. They beat local sales promos for both of us and were extremely professional. Super friendly staff and the manager even made sure I got my $70 rebate for my new tires (I was unaware I was eligible). Free lifetime rotation too. We'll continue coming here for all our future car maintenance needs.
