Services
If you live, work, worship, volunteer, or attend school in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Morrow, Pickaway and Union counties, you can join. For all vehicle loans a $195 fee is applicable. For Signature Loans a $25 fee is applicable. Loan rates are based on individual credit quality and subject to change without notice.
The additional $250,000 coverage is provided by Excess Share Insurance, a private share insurer. A HSA works in conjunction with a qualifying health insurance plan to save you money on your health insurance and health expenses. CME Federal Credit Union offers retirees and active first responders a plan to help budget and save through their golden years.
All CME savings accounts and certificates are insured up to a combined total of $500,000. The National Credit Union Administration provides $250,000 of federal coverage. The additional $250,000 coverage is provided by Excess Share Insurance, a private share insurer. Withdrawal penalty applies if funds are withdrawn prior to the first business day in November.
A Retirement Care Account (RCA) is CME Federal Credit Union's exclusive savings account that offers retirees and active first responders a solution to budget, save and help pay for their health care expenses. Rolls over year after year, so if you don't spend it on health expenses in a given year, it stays in your account for next year!.

Add to certificates without extending maturity by $50 with Direct Deposit or $250 with cash or check. Saving for retirement can seem daunting.

There are numerous occasions where I’ve been provided and uncovered misleading information and practices that any consumer would reasonably expect out of a creditor. Not to mention the account errors and back and forth phone calls… for which not all issues were resolved.
They will do the bare minimum to communicate with you when there is an issue on your account and take advantage of you while the consumer pays the price for lack of competitive services and staffing.

1st off I have been on an all out grind to accomplish a mountain of goals to provide for my children. I have had more problems with CME in the past 6 months than all my other banks combined for the past 10 years! I got a car loan from CME because it had a lower interest rate, but watch out because they hit you with petty fees.
After 3+ years of payments, I paid off my loan and instead of “Congratulations”, two things happened: 1) they started charging me $6/month for my checking account I never used because it had inadequate funds and 2) the small amount of interest that was due didn’t hit the auto loan till the END of the month so I had $4 in interest still to pay and they started adding

I have always been pleased that most I deal with stand behind me. I especially appreciate the help of Brandon, Ryan and manager Sean. If you need help with anything they really do try to help you. I recommend to call in to customer service. Also their online portal is good (help desk). They have really good rates on loans. I have been with them since 2015 and through thick and thin in my life, even at times when I was absolutely freaked out, they always took care of me. I recommend CME FCU highly. Thanks CME for all the help you have been to me!

My husband and I just refinanced our car loans with CME. We have been members for almost a year now. We couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is beyond OUTSTANDING. I have never called that I have received anything by OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Kristi helped us with refinancing the car loans. She made everything simple to the point and quick. I am extremely happy that we have now switched all of our accounts to CME. This will be our last switch. We plan on staying with CME.

Just spend 6 hours of my life trying to find where my $500 car payment went.... they had my husbands account number on the bill pay, but not in his account either!! Per Jonathan in customer service on 6/23! I have the cancelled check payment, that shows they cashed the payment... fast forward another week I speak to another customer service… associate on hold back and forth... I email her a copy of the check.... suddenly they find the money and said “I” put it in someone else’s account?! Like what?! No, I believe “CME credit union” keyed it in wrong.... and

I had fraudulent activity via pay pal account that took my account negative. Paypal fixed their side immediately... Taking the account to 0 ...however CME will not reverse the overdraft fees even though I sent the emails to them from PayPal. Today they closed my account because I refused to pay the 72 dollars for ACH overdraft fees that they told me to tell PayPal to pay. They sent the closing letter July 7 ..closed the account July 8 but I didn't receive the letter until July 9th that had so called options to keep it opened but unknown to me the account was closed before I got the letter
