They did an excellent job on my Pacifica for a fair price! When they returned it to me it was washed and cleaned! A professional group! I traveled almost an hour to use them as they were highly recommended to me and now I'm highly recommending them to you! Excellent customer service and A+ quality work done on my 2017 Tacoma.
The insurance quote that my insurance company seems low to me and I know there is more damage that is not included on my estimate. What do I do? This happens most of the time. The answer is you do not need to do anything. Just take the body shop of your choice your initial estimate when you drop your vehicle off.

You hope that you never have to use a place like Spartanburg Collision for body work but if you do, they are the place to go. The work they did was excellent and they were more than willing to work with the insurance company directly if there was more damage than the insurance company estimated. More importantly to me, they kept me informed and always called back if I left them a message. A+ company

I had the absolute best experience with have my car being repaired after an accident. Ashley kept me very informed and helped me out tremendously with making sure my rental car was there when I dropped my car off and they even made sure I had enough gas to get to a gas station bc I was running way low right before this crazy gas issue hit. This company is nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeffrey and Ashley were very nice and professional. They were the only collision repair business in the area who were always answering their phones, had reasonable availability, and had the best ratings. I was quoted on the spot without any hassle. I came in because I needed a new bumper. They replaced the bumper and painted it to match the car. The paint job was beautiful. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, they also kept me informed as to the progress on the vehicle. The cherry on top of everything was finding out that they vacuumed out my car, wiped down the dash, and added a tire

Excellent customer service and A+ quality work done on my 2017 Tacoma. The husband and wife are the owners here and they were provided great service from the time I dropped the vehicle off until the day I picked it up! They even made it easy when dealing with insurance company for supplemental repairs! Would recommended to anyone needing paint or body work

I got in a terrible wreck and they restored my car to brand new! All of the people are so friendly and genuine. I noticed a few months after my car had been fixed that moisture was getting in my trunk. All I had to do was call and they were more than happy to replace what was causing the issue at no cost to me. This is a great place to take your car if you want amazing repairs done by even more amazing people. I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else if it ever needs more work.
