There is a lot that went wrong in 2020. Calling EconoWest wasn't one of them.
We recently purchased our home, and my fiance had some concerns about the forced air furnace. We scheduled an appointment with EconoWest to have the unit cleaned and evaluated for safety. Dave arrived on time, and followed a strict COVID protocol showing us his body temperature and maintaining proper social distancing. Scheduled an appointment with very friendly office staff. service appointment was done within less than a week. Guillermo was dispatched to my condo to inspect water heater and furnace. I contacted Econo West based on the Google Reviews for routine servicing of our gas heater -- and everyone was correct! Their technician, Guillermo, was outstanding! He noticed that a condenser was leaking inside the heater -- and drove all the way to Oxnard & back to obtain & install the new part. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about heaters, and thoroughly explained what the problem was & how he would fix it. Kudos for a job well done!

Our very old electric forced air heater quit one cold evening. I called Econo West, and their office staff were great. I scheduled an appointment and their guy never showed. I called him and he apologized and said he'd be back the next day in a two hour window. He never showed again!!

They set up an appt. convenient for me. When Dave came out he was fantastic. He gave me honest options and tried the least expensive option first. He kept in contact with me and was very up front and explained everything and took the time to answer all my questions. The crew he sent out to replace my unit was fantastic as well. They made what was a stressful situation for me almost painless. Dave even checked in with me days later to make sure everything was working right and if I had any issues. Great customer service. A prior company took a look at our furnace and said we needed a new one ($3500). I called Econo West and two other companies for second opinions re cost for replacement. Econo West was the first to respond (one gave me an estimate over the phone for about the same and the other never called back). Dave from Econo West came over and took a look. He determined pretty quickly that there was no need to replace. Instead, he fixed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me instructions on how to seal a couple things myself. I'm so appreciative; he saved me $3500. He also gave me an estimate for replacement
