Tex Air caused $100,000.00 worth of damage to some very expensive equipment during a move then refused to pay the claim.
I requested they use pads and straps to secure the equipment during the move. When the trailer arrived I found they did not use a single strap or pad on any of the equipment. As you can see in the pictures the driver did not attempt to secure a single piece of this equipment.
Management can not be trusted to accept responsibility for the total lack caring and effort their driver demonstrated.

Not very helpful. Extremely rude, wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence before snapping at me. Not helpful in resolving issues with pickup. I was not treated like a customer at all. There are a lot of employees and no one knows what's going on. We had to walk the entire warehouse to help them find our shipments. If customer service is important do not choose this company. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for service needs.
