**** ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! Not all State Farm agents are the same!! The Matt Rio Agency has been servicing my family for a while now. We have always received excellent customer service. His staff has always been polite and has been accountable with following up when they say they will!!! Great job Matt Rio State Farm!!! All the great reviews, except the one negative ( there is always one, and that person probably wasn’t even A customer at this rate) fall in line with the professional service they provide. I highly recommended this agency.
