Services
Palm Coast Tours provides regular Pontoon Cruises 7 days a week! Cruises originate in Northwest Creek Marina located within the resort community of Fairfield Harbour (www.fairfieldharbournc.com) in New Bern, NC (www.visitnewbern.com). Enjoy a relaxing ride on the beautiful River creeks aboard our 20 foot Sweetwater pontoon named River Glide.
Follow Marina Drive all the way to the end and you will be in a parking lot. As you face the water/marina, there is a large 2 story restaurant building to your left, but you go toward the smaller building with blue metal roof on your RIGHT which is the Marina building. Proceed to the back side of the Marina building and walk straight out into the marina on the main center dock (about 12 ft wide).
We offer Day Tours and Sunset Cruises on our 20' Pontoon, River Glide, with USCG licensed Captain Rene' Casado & Crew. Long-time First Mate Sandra Casado and Rene' share their love of customer service, dance and knowledge of the sea while ensuring your safety, enjoyment and a wonderful cruising experience on the Northwest River Creeks.
We've been coming to New Bern for about 6 years now and each year we have taken one or two boat tours around the area. With younger kids, it's always been a struggle to find a tour that will keep them entertained and engaged. We didn't have that trouble with this tour at all! The kids loved seeing the animals and the adults enjoyed the conversation and stories from the captain.

Les and Susanne are a joy! The trip itself was gorgeous and a learning experience. (Especially for one who has no clue when it comes to sailboats.) Both are knowledgeable and engaging, allowing visitors to steer the boat and answering every question with patience and personal experience. Les has had an amazing life in film and as an author and Susanne, as a local realtor, knows most anything you can think of about the coastline and its waters. I definitely recommend this trip to anyone able to stand on a slightly pitching surface!
