Never made it past the call from the counselor that had been assigned. Let me add that the one assigned was not specialized in the issues that were to be addressed. She claimed that she had been trying to reach us, and we wouldn’t answer her calls. WRONG.
She was rude when my daughter called to set up an appointment. After discussing we realized that this absolutely was NOT the place for my child. Was not impressed with the owner either. Glad we didn’t make the mistake of trying to go through the process of getting set up there.

Focus has such amazing therapists that truly love their clients and know their stuff! Educated, intelligent people with a heart for the community. Jessica at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and the place is simply the best. If you need hypnosis or counseling of any kind, this is your place!

The therapist is amazing, but the front desk lady is always so rude. All the people coming in have mental issues and are seeking help. Teach her how to be respectful or find someone else who knows how to treat people.

It wasn't horrible. You do intake before you see a doctor. It is more time consuming then anything. Takes forever to get anything started. You go in 2 or 3 times before you are ever actually seen for your problem. They tell you before you see a doctor they don't prescribe benzodiazepines,so if you need those this isn't the place for you.
