We purchased Mohawk Influencer carpet with an upgraded pad and we are 5 star pleased. We shopped the warehouse stores, received no help and the prices were higher. We have 2 Labs and one promptly got very sick on it. Thankfully it cleaned up beautifully just like Tyler promised at the store. The install was fast and professional. Perhaps my favorite thing is walking around barefoot on my new silky carpet.

We recently had our home recarpeted and are very pleased with BA Flooring and Designs. We had an outstanding sales representative, Tyler, who went above and beyond to make our experience great. He knew his product, came to our home several times to measure and answer questions, and sent quotes quickly. The installation of our carpet was great. The installlers were extremely efficient, careful moving our furniture, and everything was cleaned up and put back. Amazing crew! We highly recommend BA Flooring for any flooring needs you may have. Very professional, reasonable in pricing, and great installation

The entire staff were very professional and personable. The installation process went smoothly and all questions were addressed. BA Flooring replaced carpet in our home and we couldn't be more pleased. They were very helpful in our selection process and provided a reasonable price. The installers were top notch, expert skills, professional and respectful to our home. Also did an excellent job on a difficult staircase. BA wasn't the only company we got a quote from but in the future they will be the only company we call.

We had a great experience with BA Floor as well as our salesperson, Tyler. We found the whole process easy and relaxing. Tyler came to the house and brought samples and gave us a good honest price on some wonderful carpet for our entire house. We highly recommend BA Floor as well as Tyler. Donnie was the Best in customer service and his helpfulness and listening ability to our needs. He picked the 2 perfect tiles for our master shower redo and the process was painless. The construction from start to finish was about 5 days and the crew was very respectful of the work environment and cleaned up everyday!
