When I created Red Cedar Real Estate my goal was to start a different kind of real estate company. A company that focuses on clients' needs, and one that makes their real estate experience as fun, smooth, and rewarding as it can (and should) be.
Because I know what it feels like to sit on the other side of the fence in a real estate transaction, I wanted to incorporate a facet of my first home buying experience into the company's name and culture.The biggest renovation project I have undertaken was a dilapidated 1928 bungalow in a quaint section of Baltimore known as Beverly Hills.

When Red Cedar Real Estate was founded by owner and principal broker Peter Boscas, it was with the intent to create a different type of Real Estate experience. Amazing experience! Molly was a pro, and guided us through the entire process. All the small touches like the beautiful sign, beautiful photography, custom website, etc. made red cedar feel like a luxury service reserved for high-end real estate. But our house was below average price, and pricing/fees were standard and very competitive.

I very rarely write reviews so when I do, it is because my experience was unbelievably horrible or exceptional beyond belief. My experience with Red Cedar was the latter. Peter is amazing! He walked us through the whole process and made what could have been a stressful situation very enjoyable. We saw over 50 houses in the span of 3 months. You know I'm looking at some of these 1 star comments and they have got to be scam reviews because Red Cedar Real Estate is nothing but high class. Definitely focus on the majority of what everyone else is saying and that is that this is a 5 star company and group of agents.
