They have horrible customer service! I got a pair of boots from them, and I wore them a few times to get the feel of them to see if they fit good. They were too big so I went back to exchange them for a smaller pair, and they wouldn't let me exchange them.
Also, their prices are outrageous! I got this pair for $230, and I found the same exact pair at Boot Barn for $180!
And it seems like they ask if they can help you with anything way too much. Like this lady walked around the store asking everyone there if they were finding everything ok, and I got a really weird vibe from the employees. It

Me and my wife came today to buy boots and gifts for friends and to enjoy "our" day since we are both veterans and the moment we entered, the staff would not stop staring at us. I didn't think alot of it until the wifey and I separated to look around, and 2 of their staff kept following us and watching our every move. I was texting my friend and the staff employee who was following me, started looking over my shoulder to look at what I was texting.
Didn't even offer to help us find anything or even start a conversation with us.

Terrible customer service, my wife and I literally were asked to stop looking at the hats we were looking at so the sales associate could show them to another customer. We drove 2 hours to the store specifically to buy 2 Stetson hats that we actually found in our sizes but now have chosen to order them online after being treated so rudely

Store options are great! But as soon as me and my sister entered the store it felt like the employees were circling us. A lady named Carrie was very pushy and made the shopping very overwhelming. My sister stated it felt like a toxic experience due to when checking out the same lady Carrie was very rude to her fellow employee Sienna . Talking down to her and being very disrespectful especially in front of us customers. Just how Carrie treated us and her coworker makes us not want to return. We enjoyed this store for so long and this incident made us very overwhelmed.

The variety and quality are fantastic, great prices as well. I gave only 4 stars as one employee stood atop me the whole time I shopped, felt like she was assigned upon entering the store to assure I didn't put an extra pair of boots in my pocket or something. That was quite annoying! Overall, I LOVE Centerville! It's a family tradition of fun ðŸ¤

I was able to put a pair of boots on layaway. When I was indecisive about whether to purchase them in the end they were very patient and accommodating. I ended up getting them but they didn't push me. It is a beautiful store! Boots are eye candy in the store. Gorgeous! I've never seen a store like it.
