Dr. Michael Fallucco grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and received his B.A. and M.D. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He was accepted into the highly competitive plastic surgery residency at St. Louis University. While in training, Dr. Fallucco was recognized for both his clinical and research endeavors.
Dr. Michael DeFazio is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with Florida Plastic Surgery Group. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
A Ponte Vedra Beach native, Dr. DeFazio earned his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Florida State University and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Miami, where he graduated at the top of his class, with Distinction in Research, and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society.

Shannon is a certified Physician Assistant. She has worked with our plastic surgeons since 2012. Shannon works side-by-side with Dr. Ankit Desai and Dr. Michael Fallucco in all aspects of our very busy and efficient surgical practice. Shannon is also a highly-skilled injector with over six years of injecting experience in BOTOX Cosmetic/Dysport, microneedling, KYBELLA, and dermal facial fillers.

Dr Fallucco is incredible! He takes the time to deliver amazing results to meet the needs of his patients. My outcome of BR far exceeded my expectations and his targeting of potential nerve pain following surgery is a miracle in and of itself. Absolutely no pain following BR? That is unheard of, but I am living proof! I would very highly recommend Dr Fallucco for anyone considering having a BR or any other plastic surgery procedures.

I am so happy with my entire experience from start to finish with this practice. Everyone was so warm and compassionate in the office and on surgery day. I had my implants removed and a breast lift. The doctor explained everything to me clearly and answered any and all questions i had without hesitation. Post op care was amazing. They made the process easy and were there when you needed them. Very professional. I highly recommend this practice. If i dont stop this review now it will turn into a book of satisfaction. I cannot say enough. Thank you so so much!

After dealing with neck, shoulder and back pain for years and having neck and two back surgeries, I decided it was time for a breast reduction surgery. The Florida Plastic Surgery Group Was recommended by a friend who had cancer and had breast surgery. I looked into a couple of places but found Dr. Parks was the surgeon I felt most comfortable with. During my consultation, he explained the procedure and the advantages and risks. I just had my surgery last week and can’t tell you how thrilled I am. From beginning to end, Dr. Parks was very transparent. Caring surgeon that makes sure you feel at ease and that all your questions and concerns are answered. Front staff is very welcoming and thorough. The entire office always makes sure your expectations are exceeded.
In regards of the procedure itself... Scar is looking flawless and implants are dropping beautifully. Pain after surgery was minimal and bruising none. When I say they are available 24/7 after surgery, I mean it. Excellent bedside manner even remotely.

I highly recommend Florida Plastic Surgery Group! During my first visit, I felt nervous and a little scared because I didn't know what to expect. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Dr. Parks was polite, knowledgeable, competent, and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or unimportant. My surgery went just as Dr. Parks said it would. Thank God I no complications, and I am in love with the results. Dr. Parks was available night and day, even on weekends to answer my questions.
