Fantastic service! Friendly folks, who really know their way around the craft. Will help with service, parts, and selection of quality campers. Had a list of things that needed done, before camping season, and they handled it promptly, and in a very professional manner. Threw a problem at Chris, in the service department, at the last minute, and he didn't even bristle. Took care of the problem, and we were on our way in no time! I'll keep coming back! Thanks, guys!

Stopped in to see if they had any used campers for sale. Their inventory (new and used) is almost non existent due to high demand and manufacturing interruptions (covid-19 related). The salesman that I talked to was extremely helpful and gave me some info on what I should be looking for when buying a used camper.

Was there last night for a used pop up from the first dealings with Tom to the last I was pleasantly surprised. Very respectable and helpful .We are tent campers who have been looking for our first purchase into the RV world. He was non pushy gave us the out the door price when wanted to jump on it he was like hold off make sure you want it before putting deposit down so you don't lose your money we will call if someone else wants it give you chance put deposit down first .Explained each fee where it went and why and told us what would be looked over before going out the door .Havent taken out

Traded in our Coachman class C on a new Jayco travel trailer in 2010. What an upgrade!!! The Jayco is solid, beautiful, and works like a dream. The team at Wise was fair with the trade, very helpful, never pushy, and just plain nice. The service is also great! I would not hesitate to purchase another RV from Wise.
Update: It has been 7 years since I purchased my Jayco travel trailer. My opinion of Wise has only improved. Last year I had a fender bender with the camper. Tommy, head of service, made it better than new! I just wanted him to repair the damage. I can’t begin to describe the extras

Over the past 10 yrs we have bought 2 campers from Wise Trailer sales. We were not 'bothered' by a pushy sales team, simply greeted and offered assistance when needed. Once we were ready they worked with us to get us financing that fit our needs. Both were used campers and so the first one was missing a few things... they were ordered for us and we picked them up not long after, the second had damage to the awning I simply was asking if it was patched to be leak proof and just like that they ordered a new awning that I returned in a week or two and had it installed. Which brings me to the service
