When I was using these guys to have a website done, they failed to update consistently, the quality of updates were poor. They appear to use base level templates and put in minimal effort. We were paying them to build and work on the site, however we were having to do the majority of the work. Try getting a hold of the non-sales line and you will always get a voice-mail. IF you call back and go through sales you will ALWAYS get answered almost immediately. That should say a lot. You won't help exisit
