This is the 4th tome I try to tan at 10:30pn when they close at 11pm. The place is Always closed, the girl who works nights closes early, she even turns off lights so no one will come in, I can’t get in touch with the owner. I went to tell them what she is doing, on the weekends she turns lights off and sits p in car with friends so she does not have to help clients pretending they are closed, it’s sad . It’s a good place and great location just bad staff, the only good staff member is the blonde girl.

Arrived 30 min before close and they’d already locked up - they don’t allow appts to be booked for spray tan booth, so it’s a gamble as they may decide to close early (has happened more than once). If you have a special event don’t chance it - their machine may stop mid-spray resulting in incomplete blotchy tan, or they may not be open at all!!!

ALL the rugs look very old and dirty--time to replace them!
The tanning beds are supposed to spritz water on you when turned on and they have been broken since i started going there. Well, the water only worked the 1st two visits i came to tan. Then promised they were getting fixed soon and soon has yet to come!
Also, only some of the receptionists are really friendly, and the others are BLAH :-(
On a good note, the salon is located very conveniently and the hours are as well.
It is also reasonably priced.

It’s soooooo hot. Literally like half the beds have non functioning fans. 😭 Whew Chile the ghettoooo. I am this from a stand up bed with no fan rn. I feel like a rotisserie chicken. I’ve been tanning for 10 years across different cities where I’ve lived and I’ve never, never been to a salon where half the fans don’t work. Omg I’m dying. Surely there must be a normal tanning bed somewhere in Brickell? So so so so hot. Do not waste your money. Nice staff tho! 💗

Cyle was amazing!! Informative... Patient with is new clients.... and even had a sense of humor!!!! He truly makes this salon a pleasant friendly place to be.
We came all the way from Michigan to use these beds.... and u better believe we will be visiting Cyle again in the future..... This salon was immaculately clean of dust anywhere!!! everything in order!!! All sanitation expectations and beyond and beyond have been met. I absolutely love this place me and my daughter will be back over and over again every time we visit Miami Beach!!! Thank you so much Cyle.... with a C!!!!!

Cyle is the best !! I got the Most amazing air brushing tan I have ever received in my life. He was so cool, so comfortable, the colour was AMAZING, and it was perfect for my wedding. It also lasts for a perfect amount of time. Recommend 100%.

**update**
I wanted to update after my visit back today at Boca Tanning. In just 2 days I will say it is a night and day difference. TV installed, music playing, room numbers installed above all the doors, much cleaner, and the door did lock. I did check and all the beds were up and running as well. It really is impressive how management really made noticeable improvements in such a short time. I will continue going back and the new location I will say is great and very centralized in Brickell.
I was a member for years at the other location before i moved and have recently moved back and signed
