My daughter and son in law are under contract with these clowns. Not but unreliable, unprofessional service. They leave a mess and don't clean it up, even attempting to bury the trash, which includes large sheets of plastic over with a foot of soil,, then wanting to put the deck over it. They refused to clean it all out, so my son in law did and backfield it right. The decking is ready to be poured, then the pool acid washed , then lasted. Now they the rest of the bank loan to do the decking, 20K. Against the contract.. They don't care. So now it sits, unfinished and way behind schedule. Nothing

EDIT: stopping by 2 years later to say that the they honored their product and the bumps along the way we had were always solved. Sean always got back to me. Not immediately but reliably. If I ever move to another house, they are building for sure.
We had a 5 star experience with them.
My principal concerns in buying a pool were:
1 - Getting exactly what we wanted
2 - For a price that it was reasonable
3 - From a company we could trust

St Johns Pools did a fantastic job on building our new pool. From the design, to construction, to finalizing details, they were very professional and top notch in quality of services. I think as a homeowner who is undergoing any construction project you do have to be patient with the process since there’s always going to be some unexpected delays or challenges along the way. The folks at Saint John pools came through for us even with all the delays of Covid.
We have gotten dozens of compliments on our pool and how good it looks. The pool equipment that they use is also top of the line Hayward

St. John's was great from design to finish. Justin was always accessible and was there for us for any of our questions! The pool and hot tub are amazing and it turned our back yard into our own tropical oasis! Very very reasonable cost on everything also! I have been and do highly recommend St. John's Pools! Thanks fellas and cheers 🍻!

I'm writing a review not as a customer but as a neighbor of a customer. Our neighbors signed a contract for a pool install in June 20'. It is now March of 21' and the pool is still not completed. The reason I'm writing this is because our experience with this company has been horrendous. In October of 20' they began to dig the hole for my neighbor's pool and in the process then destroyed the yard in between our houses including a nice chunk of my front yard. I was never approached by this company to let me know they were going to tear up part of my yard. I said

St. John Pools is a great company. Justin and Sean are very professional and easy to work with. They shoot straight and follow through. We are so happy with our purchase from day one and through the building process. These guys work with you, and go out of their way to give you the pool you want. Do NOT build a pool without getting a quote from them first. Very happy we chose St. John.

My previous comment which I made on FB was oddly deleted, which I can only assume was done by an employee. So keep that in mind when thinking about the integrity of this company.
Would I recommend St. John Pools? After them deleting a negative comment (shows shady business practice), and hiring subcontractors that have no clue what they are doing (they cut our att service lines a total of 3 times in a 2 week period), as well as having no regard for neighbors when it comes to beginning their times for work (I have video showcasing that they arrived at the job at 5:55am), it's safe to say
