Our preschool classes are for children ages 3 and up, and are the perfect way to introduce basic gymnastics skills and shapes. With a student to teacher ratio of 6:1 and a progression based curriculum, your child will be off to a great start! We offer USAG JO Levels 3-10, Xcel and the TOPS program at LA Gold Gymnastics.
These programs are by evaluation only. Our competitive team focus is on good technique, progressive training, and on helping our gymnasts develop life skills through what they learn in our sport. Our main focus is gymnastics and we believe gymnastics can be a great experience for every child at any level.

Services
We follow a developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on body movement, awareness, and control and introduces basic gymnastics skills. Teachers will introduce key concepts such as taking turns, sharing, listening and following directions. Advanced preschool classes are held in the main gym area, and last a little longer than our regular preschool classes.
This class is for children ages 6 and up who have never taken gymnastics classes before. We will teach basic gymnastics skills on all 4 gymnastics apparatus: floor, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault. The primary skills taught are forward and backward rolls; handstand; cartwheel; chin-up pullover; casts; basic positions on beam: passe', releve', levers; and hurdling and jumping on a springboard.
This class is for children who have mastered a cartwheel, handstand and bridge, and are ready to focus on tumbling. This class will teach the round-off, front and back limbers, front and back walkovers, and front and back handsprings. This class builds on the skills taught in our beginner class. This class works on mastering the front and back handspring, and connecting tumbling skills ex.

I have nothing negative to say about this gym. The coaching is excellent and the staff is friendly. It is comical to me that others are that ignorant in their thinking when they say that since the owner has no gymnastics background, she can't coach. What about the countless hours of training through USAG that she has put in to learn the sport? What about becoming a judge to help learn the technical side? Does that not matter?
There are several other gyms in the area that have the same issue but are not being scrutinized. In fact, there is an optional coach at a gym nearby that also has no actual

I left a short review last night, but for some reason it was deleted. My daughter was on team at this gym when it first opened. The owner promised a positive and fun gymnastics environment and that promise was short lived. I can attest to Gregory's comments. There's also so much more that could be said. We had a horrible experience at this gym and I do not recommend it.

Another former parent who did not have a good experience. Greg summed it up well. The owner has no gymnastics background, yet she is one of the head coaches. The customer service was poor, and the owner is unreasonable and not receptive to hearing any questions or concerns. The coaches lack the experience or training for optional level gymnastics. Would not recommend.
