This was our first experience using a Travel Agency and we were not disappointed! Every question was answered by Janet, some before I even was able to ask. She definitely exhibited knowledge of the area and offered solid advice. She kept us informed of the travel restrictions / changes in the midst of COVID - and called to check on us after we were scheduled to return. We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience and will definitely be calling again next time we travel!

My initial experience with this company was great until my agent left. When I called to cancel my vacation, the agent that I spoke with was very unprofessional and unpleasant with me... i received an email reply after I spoke with her stating that it would take some time to receive my refund from carnival, no problem, that is until others that canceled weeks after me received theirs and I have yet to receive mine. I canceled on June 11, on June 30, after I found out the others that cancelled after me had already received their refunds i reached out again to this agency and explained that i knew

Booked our 10 day honeymoon to Ireland through Janet. It was just fabulous. Everything perfect from food to accomadations. Would definitely recommend and when this pandemic is over I'm taking my wife on a long vacation and Guardian will be the first place I call!!

Janet and Debbie are so knowledgeable and professional, down to the smallest details! Even during this trying time of the COVID-19 pandemic, with all of the cancellations, the staff has provided me with timely updates concerning refunds or options to get the best value with future travel credit.

This travel agency is the bomb! The agent Janet is soo nice and gets you what you want and looks out for upgrades that can fit in your budget! It helps tremendously when you have an agent that can give you firsthand experiences of the places you're looking.at! This is my 2nd trip with them in the last 3.years and I'll keep coming back!

Hands done the most friendliest and knowledgeable travel agent I've worked with. I've been working with Janet and her team for 20+ years. I've taking cruises, stayed at resorts, land tours and etc. and she has been vey accommodating and patience with my needs and prices are very comparable.
Guardian travel has a full staff so it's easy to work with anyone of her ladies. They are located off of Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake across from Lowe's but no need to go in to the office because everything is done on the phone or online, very convenient.
