Harvey Ranch is a unique venue located in the Sierra Valley. We are completely off the grid, nestled on the edge of a meadow, surrounded by tall mature pines. There is a beautiful granite outcropping that is a backdrop for our outdoor kitchen and patio area. We pride ourselves in helping you create memories of a lifetime.
We are offering you a beautiful outdoor wedding venue that is surrounded by the forest, meadows and a pond that all backs up to the venue. We are located in the Sierra Valley, just a mile outside of Calpine in Northern California. A pavilion is built at the edge of a pond that is overlooked with cedar benches to give the wedding a ranch feeling.
We are located at 6780 Harvey Ranch Road, Calpine, CA 96124. The only way to enter the Ranch is from the driveway off of Westside Road, also known as A23 or Beckwourth/Calpine Road to many locals. Stay on Westside road until 1 mile after the Calpine road turn off and our drive way will be 6780 Harvey Ranch road on the left.
We have a set-up and clean-up crew that can be hired for an additional $500. If not hired then all items brought in by you, vendors, or guests will need to be removed by noon the day after the event. No animals are allowed to be brought to the venue site. The venue is a working ranch with working animals, so it is a safety concern for our animals and yours when outside animals are brought.
