This outfit is the real deal (pun intended)! I have worked with hundreds of contractors over the years between my job and personal experiences. Square Deal is by far the best experience we have ever had. They walk the talk. They came when promised (a very big thing to me), they did what was promised and they finished on time. All along they kept us informed, with an excellent result I might add.
They might not be the cheapest in the area, but you will be happy that you chose them.

Square Deal came highly recommended from two other contractors and helped us with a handful of projects related to sheetrock repair: cutting, mudding and painting as well as insulating walls. The results of this crew's work was top notch, but more importantly their communication, helpfulness, timeliness and attention to detail made the process a pleasure, even in the face of construction dust (which was actually the 11th Biblical plague in Egypt, but nobody will tell you this.)

You can see the pictures of the fireplace. I'd sent them two Emails saying this was exactly what I wanted: http://www.fireplacex.com/ProductGuide/ProductDetail.aspx?modelsku=96900141 . (Paste into your browser if it won't get clicky.) If you compare that picture to the pictures below, and you'll see that they didn't come close to giving me what I'd asked for. And no, they didn't tell me they couldn't meet my expectations when I sent that Email. I still have their Emailed response -- "It's beautiful!" Yes, what I wanted was. What I got wasn

Recently we had a small remodeling project done to our house. It can be difficult to find home remodeling companies who are honest, do great work and work within the estimated time schedule. Square Deal was all these things and more. Terry, the owner, spent almost 2 hours at our house taking notes for his estimate. Although his bid was a bit higher than other estimates we received (we had 4 contractors to choose from) we selected Square Deal because of Terry's professionalism and general 'comfort' we felt with him.
