Granite Palace Tops

Both Vinny in the showroom and Louie installing the granite countertops were very nice and professional. The building that houses the showroom is not very impressive, but you are not paying for a fancy building/showroom in the price. Within two weeks of picking out the granite to upgrade my existing kitchen cabinets, the installation took no time at all. Louie's crew were polite, professional and hard workers. Louie answered all my questions. Granite looks great and very pleased we chose Granite Palace on advise from friends. Thank you!

In short, too bad this company mostly has natural stone and if you dont want scratches...well you know what not to choose.

We worked with Louis at Granite Palace and we could not be happier with the finished product. No pressure, super knowledgeable and an unbeatable price. The showroom is rough around the edges, but the company is solid and so is the customer service.
We ended up going with quartz (though they have a lot of options) and we have an island that is basically the size of one entire slab. The quartz comes covered in protective plastic that they didn't remove until they had installed it (it was so unwieldy because of the size that they didn't want to scratch it which I very much appreciated). We had such a great experience with Granite Palace and we are in love with our countertops. When we first visited Granite Palace we instantly knew which countertop we wanted, we had looked at many places beforehand but Granite Palace had the best selection by far. After picking out our slab the countertops were installed within 2 weeks which we thought was amazing. It took them less than an hour to install and they wore masks the entire time. Everyone was very helpful and professional which we appreciated. I would recommend Granite Palace to anyone looking for a fresh update!

We had a great experience with Granite Palace Tops. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. They had a tremendous selection to choose from (far more than the other granite shops we visited), and when we were ready to have the counter tops installed, they showed up on the scheduled date, and got the job done. We had one minor issue in the kitchen, but we called Luis, and he drove an hour one-way the very next day, and corrected the issue. We highly recommend this company.

The people at Granite Palace are top notch. Will came out to measure and explained the process. The next day I had a quote. When we went to the shop to pick the granite, my wife saw beautiful slab that, of course, was more expensive than the original quote. Shortly thereafter, Will came back to draw a template, and to complete the process only took a couple of additional days. The subs who came out to do the electric, plumbing for the new sink (which was included), and tile were all real professionals. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have them back to do side jobs.

Granite Palace Tops did a great job on putting in our counter top and we've been really happy with the product. They included a stainless steel sink and a new faucet with the purchase. All the people that we dealt with was as nice as they could be. When we tried to reach them, they came right out and measured. They sent a guy out to make a template of the area, then they made the pieces and brought them out and installed them. Their installation team was really nice. They did their work and did a great job at it.
