Arena Gymnastics boasts one of the top performing competitive girls teams in the northeast. Our gymnasts compete throughout the Region and the Nation. The team program is by invitation only to those children who have demonstrated the necessary skills and physical traits. We are evaluating all of the gymnasts in our recreational program on a regular basis and will schedule evaluations for gymnasts not enrolled in our classes by appointment.

We offer two different tracks depending on your child's ability and interest; our Junior Olympic program and our Xcel Program.
Services
Arena Gymnastics offers many types of classes to suit different needs. Our preschool classes are during the day and include mommy and me for our youngest participants to classes designed for our oldest, PreK students. Our After School classes are for girls ages 5 and up who are interested in learning gymnastics technique.

Arena Gymnastics in Stamford, CT is an AWFUL place. Yes, I put that in capital letters because I mean it. The facility is absolutely DISGUSTING and in an awful place. The staff is rude. My daughter was here for several years it was on the competitive team. The team coaches are unprofessional, rude, and shamed my daughter. They talked behind my daughter’s back about issues that she happened to have. All the other girls would hear what they were taking about, and spread rumors throughout the team. We had confronted the coaches multiple times about the shaming they have done to my daughter, BUT

Wonderful place for gymnastics even at a very young age. My daughter was 20 months and extremely active. The mommy and me program was the best thing ever. It's her favorite part of the week by far and go g strong one year later. Love it!

My daughter attended regular gymnastics programs at Arena for 4 years and had the most positive of experiences. She learned tons of gymnastics skills and gained enormous self-confidence and self-discipline in the process. It would not be an understatement to say that it changed the course of your childhood for the better and developed her into a powerful person on an extremely positive path forward. Because of a previous review about the coaching and staff, I would like to add that her relationships with the coaches and staff were instrumental to her remarkable growth and I remain deeply grateful

I'd agree with the other poster... it's horrible that out of a 5 day week, you can nvr get any off on the phone... ALL DAY! Ever! You have to go to the office to ask a question. Horribly annoying and if we could find a more professional place within reach, we'd definately go.

Arena Gymnastics provides above average instruction in a professional-level gym. The location is fairly convenient with off-street parking. The spectator area is below average and grimy. The instruction itself is fine -- below average for high-end gyms but adequate for those interested in regional competition.
The main problem here is the outright derisive and unprofessional staff. I fully understand that nobody in this field is warm and fuzzy and that gymnastics coaches feel a certain pull toward stoic disinterest. Here, however, the instructors and office staff are offensively unpleasant. They
