This is the first time that I have ever had anything that I wanted to say about any business, but these guys were so.

Called them about an old abandoned car on my property and Luis came. the next day and handily dealt with some difficult logistics getting the car out of its tight spot. He was super friendly and a total pro. I had the best experience with Black Butte Towing I was stranded in McCloud for 5 hours waiting on another tow service.

My motorhome wouldn't start when I was ready to leave the gas station.
Jeff, the driver, was helpful and friendly. He looked under the hood with me while I told him what I had tried already. He found the loose connection I hadn't checked. I was so relieved I didn’t need to be towed. He got got me out of there under my own power.

An illegal U turn on highway 89 in the community of McCloud, Ca. Caused the loss of my old stead. My Durango was destroyed in the collision. Black Butte towing was responsible for removing the vehicle. The driver was kind and polite. The next day I went to the lot to remove my personal property and say my last goodbyes to the vehicle I purchased new in 2003. I was allowed to remove all I needed and the staff at Black Butte towing were kind and helpful.
