Very happy with the timeliness and quality of the service. With cold weather fast approaching they sent out a great crew (Ronnie, Tommy, and Bryer) to replace my furnace. They showed up on time, were very professional and polite, and did a great job. Also, my regular technician, Scott, who does normal maintenance provides great service and explains what's going on so I can make a good decision. I completely recommend Covington Air for anything you need in HVAC. And get a service contract, it's worth it.

After recently purchasing our home in Covington, during the Pandemic. I realized right away that some things
need to be evaluated for service and upkeep, as they should. The home was only 4 years old, so I thought I had a little time. However, after only a week in our new home, the HVAC system on the upper floor failed.
My husband and I are not new to homeownership and we both knew we wanted an experience as well as a local repair shop to establish a trusted relationship with.

Our air went out last year on the hottest day of the year so far. Within a day and a half, in the busiest time of the year for HVAC companies, we had a new unit installed. They even provided a window unit in the meantime to make sure we didn't burn up! Price was very competitive and the installers and service guys have been great. I would recommend Covington Air to anyone!
