Went in after tax season to do an amended return. I had a lot of questions and was told Keith would call me later that day and my return would be completed in 5 days. I called everyday to talk to him and it was excuse after excuse and he will call you later and never did. Front desk people couldn’t answer questions either. On the fifth day I called to see if my return was done and was told give them another 3-5 days. Called back on the fifth day for them to say it would be the following week.
