The team at Prowash Missouri are quite exceptional!! They always come to the rescue!! They were there for us when we needed their help a couple days ago. We had some last minute cleaning that needed to be done and they took care of it!! Very friendly, professional, very good quality and great value!

This was the second year we hired this company. Last year we hired them for leaf and stick removal. I was asked to send pictures of our property for a bid. I sent several along with an honest description of the size of our yard. I accepted their bid. Four people showed up midday. They worked hard and did a little less than a fair job. They did not remove sticks but since they worked so hard we paid the bill on site and gave each person $100 tip.
This year we received a quote again with making sure that stick removal was included and would indeed be done. The quote was doubled of last year, only

Leaf removal service on Monday. They didn't push the leaves to the place we agreed, and they didn't do a quick clean up as they promised leaving us a messy drive way and quite some leaves in many places. They said they would fix the issue the next day, and I am good with that. But then they cancelled and rescheduled on Friday. On Friday, nothing happened so I called. They said something else happened and would let the owner call me. Again nothing happened. I tried to make another two calls to understand whether they are really coming or not. As always, the receptionist said they would fix the issue
