We offer a safe, therapeutic, out-patient environment for all ages experiencing difficulties with personal issues, whether relational or having to do with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress due to trauma or abuse, and also personality disorders. As we believe that healing and help ultimately comes from the Great Physician, we utilize Biblical principles in conjunction with established mental health practices to meet your individual needs.

Our friendly office staff will assist you in setting up appointments and billing insurance.

Debra Ciarlo is a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has been counseling at Open Arms Christian Counseling, Inc., since 1991. She received a Master's Degree in Education - Specializing in Counseling from Heritage College, WA, in 1999. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University.
Open Arms Christian Counseling is located at 210 Methow Street in Wenatchee. It is in a two-story light mauve victorian-style house with a blue roof at the corner of Yakima and Methow Streets (across from and beside the former Wenatchee Post Office Building). You will notice the sign on the porch that says "Open Arms Christian Counseling".
