Here's another one...
If you keep getting emails from these guys, you probably (like me) put your resume/email into some sketchy website. Fake organizations like this attempt to steal personal information and/or attempt to steal from you by making you pay to 'apply' to positions that either don't exist or they don't actually have any connection to.
They will attempt to instill a sense of urgency by saying 'send your resume ASAP - this is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION'. Its all fake. Report the email for phishing and move on.

UPDATE #3: July 13, 2021
Everything is going very well so far. I have been paid multiple times by IntelliSwift and their client has been easy to work with. Overall, the good does outweigh the annoying (in the grand scheme of things) but only after you've gotten started working with their client (the one that hired you). Filling out all those forms initially was quite frustrating but now it's smooth sailing.
I think this will be the last update for a while. I'll probably update this review if I ever "quit" working with IntelliSwift. I hope these updates have been helpful

Within 30 seconds of clicking "Apply" on ZipRecruiter, I received two phone messages and two emails from different people from the company. After reading the reviews here, I feel a bit upset that they now have my information! I am going to contact ZipRecruiter and report them; I recommend contacting the site where you saw their listing and doing the same.

These recruiters are completely unprofessional, and have zero understanding about the positions, market rates, and the laws surrounding recruiting. This whole agency is a joke and a scam. I had one contact me about a job at a Silicon Valley company that was a 6 month contract. It was about 70 percent below the market rate. They said the company name was brownie points on my resume.
When I told them, because they asked, that I was interviewing elsewhere at more competitive rates, they said they couldn't submit my application because it would seem unprofessional to Accenture. Okay, buddy.

What do these guys do?? it says here that they are a software company but they have been emailing me with job opportunities. I received a call from a recruiter about an opening in San Francisco. The recruiter had asked for SS, birthday and other personal information during the initial call! Really shady! i dont think this company is legit. If they are then they have violated a lot during the phone call asking my visa status because my name is Latin! Scary phone call all in all!

I never sent any resumes to this place. I am not a contractor. I never gave my personal information to them (cell phone/ email address)
Yet, for some reason, everyday, multiple times a day they email me- and- then, within MINUTES they call me. Always someone who has a very thick accent and always someone new. I've asked them nicely to remove me from their mailing and calling list. SEVERAL times. They tell me they will but NEVER DO. I've asked them to remove me verbally and unsubscribed on their link. THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME AND EMAILING ME MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY.
So now I just scream

A Farheen contacted me about a job. I inquired where she was calling from. She sounded off guard and answered New York. I questioned why my Hiya app was telling me the phone number is in Cali? Lying about your location is a big red flag to me if you're just trying to find me a job? I asked her to email the info and I would research on my end first as I didn't believe this was a credible opportunity.
She even has CA listed in her signature. There may be a company named Intelliswift Software (staffing company)? located at at 39600 Balentine Dr. Suite 200, Newark, CA. USA but I don't believe this

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm definitely 99.9% sure, that this company may be a scam.
They came across my resume online, and have literally consistently been calling me for almost a year.
With each call, the representative has a heavy Indian accent, which makes it hard for me to fully make out what's being said. Because of this, I'm never interested in their offers. However, they continuously call.
Today, they called to tell me about a position at NBC Universal. After discussing the job requirements and salary, I told the rep, this sounds like it may be a good fit. She then

Very creepy. I receive emails from Intelliswift Software with a possible opportunity and, right up front, they ask for the last 4 digits of my SSN, my full legal name and date of birth.
Feels like phishing. Why the hell would a reputable agency ask for such information up front when it's not required until filling out employment forms?
Oh, and the last item on their list of requested information is my updated resume. Shouldn't that be first?

Unintelliswift continues to bother me. They called and I told them I wasn't interested. They then proceeded to call back twice and leave voice mails. I called and told them not to bother me again. They then sent me an email. They are blocked from my phone and email.
They're calling from 510-370-4568.

I received an email for a Travel and Expense Clerk position for a 6 Month job. My current title is Director of Financial Applications and Project Implementations. Absolutely ZERO thought was put into screening people for the Clerk position. Any organization thinking about hiring this group to help them hire the right candidate should know that they really aren't doing any legwork but spamming many people via email to try to catch a candidate.

I keep getting cold calls from these American based recruiters who seem to only hire personnel from the Indian Ocean countries. They cannot represent me very well as I have a hard time understanding them and I am sure that employers have the same issues. I never receive any call backs for any positions which they submit my resume' and I feel this is hurting my chances for employment even though i have over 18 years experience. I hereby now refuse any calls from recruiters that do not speak American English. This is ridiculous already with sprouting of these Indian Based recruiters.

Do not trust this company, I have been waiting since March 22, 2013 to be reimbursed for travel to San Jose, CA for an interview which they said "As discussed initially, we’ll split the travel expenses 50-50. However, if you get selected & join the project; we’ll reimburse the complete amount." the amount they owe me is $366.90 for 50/50.
I have been given the run-around from the recruiter "Heline Francis" and it has always been another 'excuse' as to why I have not been paid back yet. Do not trust them they lie! I have the e-mail chain documenting this and will gladly share it with anyone
