Palms Dentistry was amazing! Being 7 months pregnant my gums have been extremely sore and painful, I was concerned and wanted to get it looked at, they were able to get me in same day and my hygienist Lee was the best! She was so thorough and explained everything to me! Dr.Weaver finished me up with a quick exam! Followed by a quick and easy checkout, front desk staff was super nice! I would definitely recommend Palms!

I wouldn’t go back here if it was the last dental office in the world. The customer service was poor, and their prices are outrageous. I went to a different dental office and they billed me 1/5 of the price Palms was billing me. Also, apparently I had so many issues wrong at Palms but now I only have a few. It’s so weird how I had way more issues at Palms. Guess they just disappeared. Anyway, I never heard of paying prior to the cleaning either. What did they think I want gonna pay? That rubbed me the wrong way too.

From the front desk greeting me immediately as I arrived and facility being nice and clean I was impressed. Erica did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! She took her time and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I think this might have been the best teeth cleaning I’ve had. Just moved here from Texas would recommend. The doctor was extremely nice and patient as well. Everyone at this facility has excellent customer service. I will be a returning customer. Thanks!

Very dissatisfied. They stopped taking our insurance provider, and didn't tell us until a week before the appoinments that we've had scheduled for SIX MONTHS. Now we can't get the kids into an appointment anywhere before the end of winter break, nor can my wife get her appointment taken care of, which will now require her to get a sub at school some other day, just to go to the dentist. Exceptionally poor planning and communication and customer service on the part of the office staff.

I moved to Greenville a year ago and was still traveling home 5 hours to see my dentist. I finally switched over and found Palms Dentistry! I had a great experience and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their facility was also decorated tastefully and was spic and span (and I'm weird about that! So that says a lot!!!). I went ahead and made my 6 month appointment!!

I had my first visit to Palms Dentistry today and was super impressed with everything about this practice. It was by far the best dental experience from check in to check out. The staff was friendly and the doctor and the hygienist were both professional, knowledgeable and caring...relaxing dentistry at it's best.
