Was called over the weekend for what seemed like a brief phone interview while I was at work. Didn’t receive a call back until Monday - in which I was told I would not be accepted as a patient. Could not provide reason - stated that the doctor is private practice and picks who he sees or does not see. I have struggled with mental health for years (parents never believed in mental health to be a thing) and when I finally decide to step up & see someone about it I am refused practice without reason? And without a proper consultation in person or even virtually? I’m not sure which selective means

Horrible bedside manner, doesn’t know how to talk to people, acts like he’s God and treats people like they are beneath him! Wasted my time and my money on this clueless uneducated dr. I’m not even sure that he’s a real psychiatrist! STAY AWAY!

Dr. Warner very obviously gave up on me after I asked for disability. Made me feel like he thought I was a drug addict, and a lazy person. My next and current Psychiatrist diagnosed me with severe borderline personality disorder. I've been disabled by definition for most of my life. He let me down really hard. He made me scared to go to another doctor. The only reason I didn't send this years ago was, because I was scared that something would happen if I did. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Warner.

Original Comment: I am Black, and I expressed in my intake form that I wanted to see someone who's identity matched my own. It's important to me that I align my care along these lines because health disparities that exist in Black communities are due in-part to interpersonal bias from health care providers.
I received very dismissive and condescending emails from Collaborative Minds. I suggest getting a person to manage emails because this completely ignored my values.
Collaborative Mind Response: “Our comment was our office doesn't see color. Our office has had to deal with entirely to much

Dr. Warner has managed to do what no other Doctor was able to , and that was properly treat me and diagnose me correctly. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, highly qualified for any of your mental health concerns. The staff was nothing but kind, understanding, and extremely nice. I read the reviews as I always do and I have to say the ones who are screaming don’t go there are more than likely the over the top , non compliant, patient that most offices dread. I’m bi racial and I’m sorry but I would be annoyed at what the patient was insinuating regarding race. Black, white, Asian

1. Dr. Warner scolded me for some reason and made me cry on the very first minute of meeting him.
2. I get anxious whenever I receive phone calls so I tend to miss them. Whenever I tried to call them back, they never answer.
3. He sometimes plays mental gymnastics with me and I sometimes fear talking to him.
4. People know him as someone who is upfront or "keeps it real", but to me he was just not really a nice person.
5. I tried to like him as a professional as he is known for being straightforward with his patients. But I see it as more of a negative than a positive.

I started as a patient for addiction, seeking help to get off of subutex. I then learned of a separate service for counseling . On my first visit I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and panic disorder. I was prescribed Prozac 20mg and Vistaril for my diagnosis. Approximately 2 weeks later we had a zoom follow up visit, there I was asked how I was feeling since my start of the new medicine. I started to tell him my concerns (side affects) the doctor made fun of me! The Dr. told me on the day of my 1st visit he and the front desk girls laughed and joked saying, "That girl is going to have at

The office staff is super polite and accommodating, especially since they probably have to call each of their hundreds of ADHD patients at least three times to get a response, while also constantly being on top of things. Dr. Warner is the goat and really is an extremely intelligent dude. Does what's best to improve your mental health while thinking about your long term mental and physical health too.

0 stars! Do not recommend. Dr. Warner is very money hungry. His office staff is very rude as well. When I seen him last year, and didn’t have the money for copay, or whatever, I had to get my PCP to refill my prescriptions. At least the provider I seen after him refilled important medications for daily functioning upon request when I couldn’t meet with her.

The staff and Dr. Warner are absolutely the greatest. I love my visits with Dr. Warner he is so thorough and cares about you and your problems. He has made me feel so much better the last 10 years. Maggie the office manager is a sweet heart too. She and Dr. Warner have a great working relationship and it shows which to me makes you feel comfortable and like your part of the family..
