Good to see he answered. Truth is! He is a liar I went to court he never stated a word the case was converted to a 7 because he failed to submit the statement until 7 pm the night before the hearing. Truth is there was 18 days left to make correction if they would of been necessary. Truth is he stood their like the liar he is in front of Judge Cox a temporary sit in judge who was and had no knowledge of the case. When asked to review which is possible he made his mistake and refused to correct it. He stole 7,500.00 from us and 42 year business. He know exactly who we are. We repeatly

I would highly recommend David. I needed a bankruptcy lawyer quickly and David was able to take my case. He helped my ex and I take care of things very quickly and thoroughly. It was especially helpful to have him at court with us and we felt comfortable in a very awkward situation. David treated us like people, not numbers. I need a Bankruptcy attorney, and I called his office, I received a call back shortly and was able to speak with him personally, he set up an appointment for me. David Destroyed my life and let my creditors ruin my me, he ignores
creditors and also is a poor communicator. I went to file bankruptcy
with him and he lead me on for months until all my accounts were
frozen and creditors won. He was reported to the disciplinary board
and I dropped it because I did not have the funds to go after him with
a malpractice suit. The kitchen table in his office for his meetings is a
dead giveaway! Stay away from him and seek council elsewhere!
