Waited on side of road for 2 hours. When I called and asked if they were coming she was confrontational and rude. Stated it was Sunday and they were having dinner!
If you own a 24 hour business and you are on call then that's part of the job.
Guy was decent and fast when he showed up.
Pick somewhere else- this lady doesn't need or care about your business.

My truck had a leaky def hose.Not a part that everybody keeps on their shelf. The most challenging part of the deal with getting the part. Once we got the part...Everything went smooth, I have driven over a thousand miles,And there has been no further issues.The girls in the office do double duty,And really don't have a lot of time for chitchat.They did good work, at a fair price.It was an emergency stop, and they got the job done

Total rip off I was charged $216 for replacing a fuel filter on my semi truck and I provided the filter a 3 minute job How can this people get away with this type of stuff. They don’t tell you the price at front then they charge whatever they want I am reporting this place for sure thieves... I suggest everyone that feels that this people have taken advantage of do the same.

I would like to start off by saying that I'm doing OK. The truck, the deer, and some of the camera equipment did not make it.
While on the way home from filming in Wyoming, a herd of deer decided to come out onto I80 at 9pm at 70mph in Brooklyn, Iowa and I got one of them, a few other deers were also hit by two other drivers. But, I would really like to thank the Poweshiek Sheriffs department for being extremely attentive and accommodating in helping me check all the equipment I was transporting in my truck.
