We decided on a major renovation instead of moving and selected Trademark after doing extensive research on the company, the trades they utilize and the end product of other customers renovation, we selected Trademark for our project. This was a very large project with square footage being added as well as a total redesign of all the bathrooms, kitchen, great room, basement and exterior. The trades that Trademark uses are high end and very professional. The project ran smoothly due the that Project Manager. With COVID, it was paramount that follow up was being done on a daily bases with all the

Trademark Renovations did a complete tear-down of our old house and built a completely new house on the same site. On budget and under the time projected. Their sub-trades were all great - very professional, friendly, and competent. Never any delays (apart from rainy weather) on the sequence of the trades working, so work was always progressing. Payment is directly to trades, via invoices submitted by them to Trademark, so I always knew the money was received by the trades.
My sister had done a major reno with them, and was happy, so I chose them when my turn came. I'm pleased to recommend them

We recently completed a full exterior and partial interior renovation on our home using Trademark, including new roof, windows, siding, driveway, hardwood and built in entertainment centre. We had an excellent experience. The job was completed on time and under budget and to a very high standard. We had the guys from Trademark come in an do a kitchen renovation for us, and I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. My wife has wanted to upgrade the kitchen for a long time, but I had always put it off because I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past. When my brother in law told me that he had hired a company to do an addition on his house, I was expecting it to be a nightmare, but when it was done he just raved about how easy the guys were to deal with. I was surprised, to say the least. When I called Trademark, they had someone out to do an estimate that week. Obviously

I worked with Marc and Blair at Trademark Renovations for our home in Mount Royal, and we absolutely loved the service and final result of our above garage addition.
