We get tons of new comics on Wednesdays (sometimes a Holiday will delay them), and we offer a free in-store subscription service! We have all the mainstream titles, but That's Entertainment is also very "independent-friendly." Cruise the racks by genre to find your old favorites, and more than likely you'll run across some exciting new titles you've never seen before!

Been coming to this store for more years than I care to say. I have NEVER had a problem with merchandise nor the always-pleasant staff. (And I'm always first in line with unrealistic expectations that even Superman can't match). Not everything's going to be a home run 100% of the time but this store has come darn close for me for a long time

€I wasn't impressed a few years back when i shopped here, am not happy today either! †I just bought 2 switch games from That's Entertainment. One didnt work! Grrr....& I live like 3+ hours away. I thought you guys check/test your games before selling them? That's exactly what happened to us years back at That's Entertainment (park avenue location), we had bought some PS2 games from ya & TWO of the five games we purchased didn't work! I think they might be over cleaning them or something.... Soooo... Not that happy. But

Visited the store with my 16-year-old son who uses a power wheelchair. The staff was incredible at accommodating him and making all parts of the store accessible. Lindsay was particularly wonderful, helping him find all of the manga books and comics and just talking to him about his interests. We will definitely go back every time we are in Worcester! Thank you That's Entertainment!

I recently bought single MTG booster packs from them and four of the two dozen or so I bought were repacks. Clear as day too, you could see the abnormal glue down the center seam on the back, plus two of the packs had a card that was not even from that set! I've always loved what this store has to offer, but never again will I buy MTG stuff or anything for that matter from them again.

Mediocre selection for the amount of space they take up at best. Refused business due to "security reasons" of using digital payment (Samsung pay). Have the technology, but refused. Bring a physical card if you make a trip out here, but unless your looking for comics, I would pass or go to their fitchburg location.

Hands down my favorite store. I try to make it in every week or other week because they get new stuff in every day and you never know what they find. From movies to video games to comics to figures they have an amazing variety and everyone who works there is awesome and extremely nice. Decent prices. Some items can be on the pricier side but they're worth the money. And because of this store I found myself having a Funko pop problem. And I keep going back to buy more

My service dog and I went here for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience! To start the staff were great about ignoring my service dog and giving us space to move. They were also super helpful with finding items and getting me signed up for the D&D waiting list.
The store is packed full of great comics, manga, RP books and table top games. As well as some really cool geek related merchandise.
Definitely will be coming back for more!!

Awesomeness in a bag, book, or box!!! Always enjoy the drive across the state to visit this shining gem in an era of closing comic book stores. One can spend hours in this store!! Beware the longer you spend in the store the more you are going to want to buy..... but it's all good!! Once a year journey from Western Mass is a great day trip!!! I love this store I always get great stuff and even greater stuff that I wasn't looking for

I was at the same event Joe G below was at and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and grateful for so many people showing up to there event. They threw in extra prizing for the event too. Their prices on certain product was well below MSRP ON TOP of having sales on miniatures. The place was packed and the staff was a little overwhelmed trying to ring sales and also watch the floor. I ran into the same employee, who from my observation knew nothing about the tournament and was doing his best to get people paid and registered. The employee who was responsible for the event wasn

Yesterday I brought back a Batman statue I bought for my son for Christmas, When he opened it the gloves were broken so we brought it back and no questions asked they exchanged it. Awesome!! Love this place!! They treat you like family!! My son and I will always go there!! Plus got some great Rolling Stones albums!!!!

Was expecting a cabaret, turned out to be a portal to the dork dimension.
Anyway, this is not a burlesque parlour nor a dance studio and they do not allow opened bottles of liquor.
At first i thought it was a recycling plant, but apparently its a store(?) First of all, what's the deal with these prices? I picked out an old beat up Superman of Steel that said .35 cents on the cover, I brought it to the counter and they charged me $200!!! Just because I'm wearing a tuxedo doesn't mean I like to overpay for everything, Superman's not caviar, ok?

I've been buying comics for over 25 years (yikes!), and this is by far my favorite shop. I could easily spend an entire day just browsing their massive collection. Whenever I'm looking for a rarer item, they are typically my first, last, and only stop.
Part of me wishes they were a bit closer to where I live, although my wife (and wallet) are happy with the distance.

A true comic book store. Most of the store (its a large store too) is dedicated to comics from vintage to recent releases. (Including manga, graphic novels, and even local artists)
Then of course there is the toys and collectables that litter the store everywhere. They have enough stock to rotate things in and out, so checking back is always different. Finally, they have a modest used video game, movies, and records sections.
Frequent boardgame and heroclix meet-ups ensure constant activity at the place.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This is a review from the mother of a 13 year old. For customer service and attentiveness, I'd give it a 4 star - you can't judge a book by its cover, and if you can look past the piercings, tattoos and dress code, you will be pleasantly surprised at the care and professionalism the staff puts into the clientele.
BUT, the place is cluttered, and dusty, and it can be overwhelming. And if you can't overcome the seedy demeanor of patrons - in particular the creepy guy with his hand in his pocket while he touched his jewels while staring at the "adult" comic covers... you
