Beyond unprofessional. I dropped my bike off over 3 weeks ago. Since then I have called twice to get updates, first was told they were waiting for parts, then was told the mechanic would call and update me. Now over 3 weeks later, when I call to see what's taking so long, I am told they haven't done any work at all and supposedly the project isn't worth it for them. Would have been nice to know 3 weeks ago so I could have looked elsewhere. Incredibly disappointing, will not be giving them any more business or referrals. Do not even waste your time calling cycle den.
