I'm the owner Trey, and my best friend Zander and I specialize in shooting photography AND videography in and around the Dubuque, Iowa area! We primarily capture weddings, boudoir, portraiture, and create social media and promotional marketing content for other businesses. We travel all over the Midwest and can travel for destination weddings too!

I planned my wedding not only during a pandemic, but during my clinical year in PA school. These guys made locating a photographer that would travel for us and understand our vision a PIECE OF CAKE. They were with us from makeup and hair all the way to the end of the night and we had a great time with them. The wedding party felt completely comfortable and genuinely enjoyed Trey and Zander's presence. They were able to capture some of the most beautiful and memorable parts of our special day and I could not ask for more. Bonus points for not complaining about how cold it was!!! :) Highly recommend

If it was possible to rate Light Burst Photography a 10 out a 5 – because that is what they truly deserve. When we first met Trey at a coffee shop for a consultation, my husband and I arrived frazzled trying to manage the planning and stress. Light Burst is THE BEST! From their ability to make you feel comfortable, to their professionalism on-site, and their editing...seriously stop looking for your photographer or videographer, you've found them! They shot our engagement and wedding and we will have these pictures for the rest of our lives. Even months after our wedding I am still in so much awe of these guys. I watch our highlight video literally daily, and everyone we showed our pictures or video to was insanely impressed! If I could give them 50 stars I would!

Our wedding day was a hot mess of chaos! Trey and Zander were amazing to work with and made sure we were staying on time, while getting all the shots we wanted. They did an amazing job of capturing our day, and were awesome at rolling with the punches, since we had quite a few changes to our plans during the event. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Trey and Light Burst are wonderful to work with! They are flexible and will do anything possible to make couples happy.
