I contacted McCunn Law about drafting a prenup and creating a trust a few months ago. While others' experience may vary, I did not find his advise helpful or truthful in the first issue. After explaining my initial ask at a high levelto him without explaining the specifics of either my or my wife's situation, he proceeded to outline the reasons why I shouldn't have a prenup. He cited many reasons, some doubtful (for example that 'marriage is forever') and others that were arguably not true. For example, that a judge wouldn't uphold a prenup under our circumstance. I brought my young adult daughter to see Drummond for a consultation and while we did not proceed with legal action the information provided to us was valuable. Drummond spoke respectfully and compassionately to my daughter and his recommendation was valuable. This visit was through my employers EAP program and was at no charge to us but never did I feel that we would have been treated any differently as a paying client. If I have the need for the services offered by this firm I will return to Drummond.

This reply must be a generated response. I did contact the firm with this situation and the attorney blew me off.
The firm didn't remedy mine, actually broke up my family. The firm did not take this seriously because that paralegal who broke my confidentiality is still working at the firm.
This incident has nothing to do with the wrong phone numbers it was intentionally done by the firms paralegal without my consent and when I Brought it to your firms attention the attorney blew me off

Drummond McCunn just represented me in a child custody case. I was extremely happy with the results I received from his representation on my behalf at court. Very low professionalism. I called for a consultation at the referral from work. The phone staff was very unprofessional. I have worked in the legal field for 25 years and have family who are attorney and have never heard of staff answering phones with such a lack of service. I requested a consultation and an appointment was made. About an hour later I received a call back stating that my appointment was being canceled due to the fact that the attorney had no paperwork to review for the consultation. Overall the experience was very good. During an exceptionally difficult and stressful time Mr. McCunn maintained a calm and pragmatic approach and was able to review information and go over long term results so that I could make an informed and reasonable decisions. Mr. McCunn's focus on fiscal outcomes was especially helpful as he was able to help me keep sight of my overall goals while allowing me to process my emotional response. The only issue I had was when there was a staff change and some of the information had to be resent to his office. Otherwise, he did an outstanding job with my case
