Services
Ace Upholstery Inc. was established in 1980 and is one of the leading sources for custom, quality, commercial and residential upholstery in Southern NH and the Merrimack Valley. Owner, Francis J. Moreau, has over 35 years of master craftsmanship in the art of upholstery. Francis graduated from a local trade school in 1976 where he studied upholstery.
Ace Upholstery has a staff that can handle one chair or one hundred chairs. We are equipped to do restaurants, theaters, doctors offices, dental chairs and examining tables. We carry fire retardant fabrics and foam rubber to meet all fire code inspections. We are fully insured and guarantee all our work.
Ace Upholstery can help keep the value of your vehicle intact by fixing a simple burn hole repair to original status that cannot be detected, to a complete car interior over haul. We also provide a wide selection of leathers and custom vinyl's for motorcycle seats. We install gel packs for a more comfortable seat and we can alter an existing seat to fit the rider by adding or taking away padding in the seat.
For all your antiques and collectables, Ace Upholstery is very qualified and experienced to renew your antique furniture to its original condition. We strip and refinish to restore it to its original state. The seats are rewebb and the springs are retied. All fillings are replaced as necessary. We also provide simple repair work such as regluing of frame work on chairs.

We dropped by today after reading the reviews and boy, I was amazed! Frances went above and beyond to help us out with an upholstery job we were limping through. He gave us advice and sold us what we needed to get our seat done. We will be calling him back to schedule full re-upholsters for all of our seats so they look much better than what we can do. We are thrilled we found this amazing business!!!

Frances is a true delight to work with! His enthusiasm and pride for his business is evident. We just received two chairs he re-upholstered for us. Each time I pass the room and see them I am delighted. He has also started on a group of pillows for the house; the first two are here and I love them. I can't wait to have more items completed. So glad we "stumbled" into this business. Frances and his staff are true gems.

I have had many things reupholstered with Ace, there work is flawless. They can be difficult to communicate with, but it hasn’t been a huge issue, and I can overlook it because of their work. The work is done professionally and I’ve received my items when promised. As you can imagine, the pandemic has caused them to be crazy busy. But the finished product is worth the wait. I highly recommend Francis and his team at Ace Upholstery.

Writing a quick note of my awesome experience working with Ace Upholstery. I took my convertible out of storage for the Winter only to find the leather had pealed off both doors. Ace had it fixed within a week and got my car back on the road for Memorial Day weekend. Thank you so much, A+ family team here and I will use them in the future.
