My teen daughter and I have been taking the tai chi class on Saturday mornings for the past 5 months. Jemetta and Vicki are a wealth of knowledge and very encouraging. We're stronger and have better balance now, and we both look forward to class every week.

I've been attending Tai Chi classes at Ellio since 2018. It has been a great experience. Every class you learn something new and expand on your abilities. Tai Chi is excellent for your health and is something you can do for life. Vicki is an excellent teacher, and everyone in class is a pleasure to know. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Ellio Pilates and more for almost a year. The staff is very professional and proficient in all they do. When I leave there I feel relaxed but also as if I accomplished something. I started with Foundation Training but it was too difficult for me. I have a number of health issues that make exercising difficult. I switched to Restorative Yoga and found my home! I tried Tai Chi because I wanted to go three days a week but gave that up as it proved to be too much for me to handle. If you're looking for a great place to work out with a friendly and helpful staff Ellio Pilates and

Being fairly new to the area and as a lifelong New Yorker not used to driving, I knew I needed to do something to get my groove back. I decided to try Ellio Pilates and was not disappointed. I walked into a soothing, Zen-like cottage that reminded me of Cape Cod and was greeted by Vicki who listened to all my concerns and got me started on some private Pilates lessons. Now as a gym rat for more years than I'd like to admit, I realized it was time to tailor my extra hard workouts to something a bit more healing and less impactful—and this is the place. I also started Tai Chi which I had done very
