Very Very upset! As I looked through their website, the monthly special offer popped up xl thin crust, order of fries, and a 1 liter soda for 23.95. I called to place the order however I was not given the offer, that this was last months special. Well today is January 2nd 2022, and the offer for December 2021 is still on the website. It is not my fault that they haven't updated their website. I have been a true customer for over 8 years and this is the thanks that I get!!! I asked to speak to the manager or owner, because she was going to ask the owner if they could honor the offer. An hour has

I called to place an order and I get it’s busy wanted for delivery , but I believe as a person taking orders you would ask if the person will be paying in cash or credit card so I had to say ima pay a ith card she going to say well I have other people in line you going to have to wait sounded like she had an attitude. Well you can’t assume the person will pay in cash that’s why always ask not assume .

First time eating here. I want to go in there and find out who cooked our food. Unfricken real we have never not finished our food. So John Gino's food for one is DELICIOUS and the amount of food they give you is enough for two dinners. Called the order in and very kind and courteous. Favorite new place. Hats off to the cooks !

Just moved into the area. Google search the closest pizza joint next to me that deliver and seen the many great reviews and decided to go with them. The phone rep. was pleasant as I find the correct address. Made my order and in 20 mins my pizza was here. The fast order is top notch! My pizza was hot and fresh. Very delicious!

Excellent customer service is becoming more and more rare in today's world, yet Kim from John Gino's exemplifies every aspect of the term. Not only was she polite, courteous and diligent, but you knew as soon as she spoke that she genuinely cares about making sure you get an excellent and accurate service. From placing our order to processing payment, Kim never skipped a beat. This woman absolutely deserves a raise for her excellent customer service skills. Our food was delivered on time and was absolutely excellent. The delivery driver Robert was very polite and cheerful! I would recommend John

Fam has been in the area for about 20 years now and this weekend was our first time trying them out and I have to say they did not disappoint! Got two large pizzas that were absolutely delicious! (Sausage & supreme) Great customer service and great deals to match as well! Got a free appetizer and liter to go along with our order as one of their deals! Will be back again soon. Thanks!
