Unprofessional. After a 40-minute wait in the exam room without any word/explanation, Dr. Winslow entered just saying it was a busy day. Very soon after my appt I was asked via text to rate my visit. I gave a 3 out of 10. I then received a text reply with excuses saying other patients sometimes have more concerns and that if I wasn't happy I could leave. I responded saying 40 minutes was excessive, my time is valuable, and I wasn't planning on leaving the practice for one instance. I then get a letter terminating my care.

Dr. Sookra-Winslow takes her time and listens. She explains diagnosis and treatment so it is easily understood. She is kind, caring and intelligent. She has been practicing medicine for 12 years in Manatee County which makes for a vast referral network. The staff is thorough, professional and easy to communicate with. I am so grateful for my doctor and the faith that we share.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Winslow for six months. So grateful to have found a family doctor that not only listens but, takes the time to understand the issues you are having. She is intelligent, compassionate and genuinely cares for her patients. When calling the office her staff is professional, kind and hold times are very minimal. (if you hold at all) I highly recommend Dr. Winslow and staff to all who are looking for a doctor you can trust and know “your” overall health is her main focus and concern.

Dr. Winslow is great! My family just moved here, so we needed a new family Dr. She took us in right away with no issues. Her office is very welcoming, clean, and serene. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients! She never rushes you out the door, and always takes the time to listen. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. She combines Faith and care for a patient as a person, with outstanding quality of medical care. She is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. Very easy to talk to. I recommend her to anyone! 🙂
