I am a home owner who recently made a purchase from Russell Moore lumber - of 43 pieces. The delivery arrived the next day as promised. Of the 43 pieces delivered , 21 pieces were defective and were returned. My original order was placed on 6/12/2020. I called to find when the replacement pieces would be delivered. I was told that they were backed up and could not give me a delivery date. Because I had not recvd delivery on the 15 or 16 , I called on the 17 to find out the status of my order. I was told that I should come and pick them up myself. Less than a half hr later they called and told me
