At Bare Fitness our system is based on REAL exercise science that has taken years to develop and perfect and is always evolving!

Training is NOT about competing with anyone else.it's all about being better than you were yesterday. While we specialize in speed for Football, Basketball, Soccer & Tennis, we have programs that can fit All Sports. We work on speed and agility with conditioning through strength training and better footwork!
Services
One of my greatest joys is to see people get healthier, to help them exceed their expectations and actualize their goals. All while realizing that exercise is fun. I am a Retired Navy with 20 years of service. This allowed me to train Sailors and Soldiers for different aspects of fitness. I took from working with Marines "TRAIN LIKE YOU FIGHT", in the idea of my functional fitness works around our everyday movements.
Group Fitness classes are great for improved health and wellness. But if you've got specific goals in mind and you're looking for a support system that can help get you there, there's no substitute for Personal Training. This system gives you complete control over your fitness journey and gives you access to a professional coach every step of the way.

I've been working out here with Chris for 6 months. I've learned so much and enjoy the 1 on 1 PT and the group classes. Chris has been great with working around my work schedule when I need to change times or days. Hes helped me a lot with my weight loss journey and with getting stronger. Would recommend! 5 out of 5.

I’ve been attending Chris’s group classes for several months now. Im not where I want to be physically but Chris has challenged me to change my lifestyle and I feel better than I ever have physically. These classes have helped me physically and mentally. Chris is very knowledgeable and always gives a variety of classes that help with balancing muscle movement.

Chris is very hands on and stays engaged with his students. The variety and intensity of the classes are top notch. I have worked out for many years in a typical gym setting with barbells and dumbbells', I feel that I get a much more well rounded work out with Chris's approach. Cardio and weight training all rolled into 1 workout make it very satisfying when you complete the mission for the day.

If you’re are looking for personal training or group training this is the place to join for a reasonable price. Chris (trainer) is very knowledgeable and has many different training methods depending on your goals. He is a great motivator and pushes his athletes to the next level. I recommend Bare Fitness to anyone that is seeking a trainer that will help you reach your goals.

Chris knows what he’s doing. I’m 44 and he’s pushed me into the best shape since college. The results are incredible, however; If you want to tell coworkers “I went to the gym today”, not the right place. If you really want to work hard and improve yourself, Chris will make it happen.

Coach Chris, has helped me become a better athlete. Coach has been working with me on weight training and conditioning for my sports. Ive gotten much stronger and faster. Chris gives me workouts every week day and they are always different. I really like coach Chris!

Chris has been an excellent coach for my son. I can’t emphasize enough how much Chris’s conditioning has contributed to my son success this year. Chris has true dedication to his athletes. He continually researches the most recent strength and agility techniques and applies them to the individuals he trains. He has a broad knowledge base that allows him to successfully train a multitude of athletes from all sports.

Excellent place to go if your trying to figure out how to get gains in health and overall fitness but don’t know what to do or where to start. Classes are always different and you can challenge yourself at your own pace. Never gets boring! Chris is very knowledgeable and will work with you to meet your needs! Great group classes!

Chris is a outstanding trainer and mentor, he was able to get me out of a rut in life and then motivate me to make fitness part of my life. Any program you get into with him is going to drive you to dig deep inside yourself and find out what you’re made of! Great from beginners to professional athletes. Excellent for special warfare program applicants!!!
