Great experience working with clinlab. They went above and beyond to find the right position for me

Similar to another reviewer, I had a person at Clinlab Staffing attempt to look me up on Whitepages and they called my parent's number. I really did not appreciate this. I'm not sure if this is a regular move at Clinlab Staffing, but I would MUCH rather be emailed or messaged on LinkedIn/Indeed than be cold-called. It is a bit of an invasion of privacy and creepy.

Sean was so attentive and professional. I have found the position of my dreams because of his dedication. I was able to share my concerns and goals which he then relayed/ coordinated with my current position. He made the on boarding process so smooth, and continued to follow up with me well within my 1st week of my new position to ensure everything he promised was correct. I will definitely recommend him to any research associate of any experience level.

Clinlab Staffing is an absolute great recruiting firm. I have worked with Jacob de Haas over the last few weeks in hopes of finding a new role. Lindsey McCarthy worked so effortlessly, tirelessly, and with such understanding of the industry that you’d be forgiven for thinking it was some sort of magic or serendipity that lands you that job. It’s rare to meet someone who you’ve just met that fights so hard for you, as if she was trying to get the position for herself. But that’s how it feels. Not only can you tell that Lindsey is really hustling behind the scenes, but you can also tell that she cares whether or not you get it.

Recently, I have worked with ClinLab and in particular with Cameron LaFleur. I found him highly professional, honest and reliable. He kept on providing regular updates which is very rare. The follow-ups were regular but not annoying, which made the communication pretty smooth. He was able to work efficiently on minute details.
