The heating element on my Kenmore dryer went out. It seemed to me when I making the appointment that the service call fee to show up was expensive. I can see why. Having watched taking the entire dryer apart to get to the part that needed replaced was laborious and time-consuming. If they diagnose a problem and it is more than you expected, they need to be paid for their time spent to find what's wrong with it. People don't work for free. I am glad that I called them. Called Azle appliance to check on her Samsung dryer that we had had for a year. We paid $700 for the pair of Samsung washer and dryer. We were told it would cost $60 for the diagnostic and was told it was the heating element. They informed me it was going to be $349.22 plus tax. I want to head and told him to do it because we have not had our dryer in a while. They were here for approximately 45 minutes. After I left I did a little bit of research and the part that they replaced which is the heating element literally cost less than $20. I would not recommend these people to anybody. I understand
